The Crotch Doctor
Cold Compress

A reusable cold compress purpose-built for your crotch. Designed for targeted cooling relief during postpartum recovery, menopause, vasectomy care, hernia recovery, and much more.

ABOUT THE CROTCH DOCTOR

When it comes to crotch care, most people suffer in silence, or they improvise with crude hacks like ice packs that are uncomfortable and don't fit properly. Or worse, they use frozen food on their crotch. That's just gross!

For those reasons and others, we created The Crotch Doctor, a reusable, washable, high-quality cold compress purpose-built for the crotch.

It has a dual purpose:

Pain Relief, Anti-Inflammation & Cooling Comfort
Postpartum Recovery • Vasectomy Care • Groin Hernia Recovery • Surgery • Cycling • Sports • Chafing • Swelling • Soreness • Everyday Discomfort

Health & Wellness
Testicular Temperature & Sperm Health • Menopause Cooling • Cold Therapy • Crotch Wellness • Intimate Wellness

Its distinctive hourglass shape fits comfortably between the legs, positioning cooling directly where it's needed. Its dual-sided, dual-intensity design lets you choose your level of cooling. Begin with the soft side for gentle cooling (10 minutes) before switching to more direct, intense cold (10 minutes).

Keep The Crotch Doctor in the freezer in its handy resealable storage bag, and it's ready when you need it.  A simple, affordable solution to something people have been improvising around for generations.

STORIES

Everybody has one. Everybody has questions. And just about everybody has a story.

For something that plays such an important role in our health, comfort, intimacy and everyday lives, we sure don’t talk about our crotches very much.

We think it’s time to change that.

From the uncomfortable and embarrassing to the enlightening, inspiring and downright funny, this is a place for real people and real crotch stories.

Because the more we talk about it, the better we can care for it.

I had 3 vaginal deliveries including a 10 pound VBAC which caused a huge tear.  I was totally unprepared. Sometimes nurses offered a surgical glove filled with ice chips. It was leaky and uncomfortable so I didn’t use them. My breasts were engorged, I was exhausted, I looked like shit, and everyone was focused on baby.  My crotch took a back seat and years later, I’m still paying the price with pelvic health issues.  Education would have helped me.  The Crotch Doctor is a great idea to help moms and anyone for that matter.

I was having groin hernia surgery and a friend recommended The Crotch Doctor Cold Compress as a recovery aid rather than using a frozen bag of peas.  I bought the product which worked great. I think the crotch is considered taboo but we need to change that.  We need to talk about Crotch health more.

I ride a lot.  50-100K per day.  I suffer from all sorts of issues down there due to countless hours on the saddle.  I agree that it’s time to talk about it in a judgement free environment dedicated to expanding the conversation and finding solutions.
